The web is buzzing worldwide that actors Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall have been sidelined indefinitely permanently from BET’s hit show The Game.
BET: Yo, we gon do you right, aiight.
Tia & Pooch: When? We took huge pay cuts moving the show to BET! What happened to the salary increases you promised if the show made a comeblack?
BET: What salary increases? Renegotiate what contract, Tia? Does anybody else hear a baby crying . . . and take Pooch with you!
Shame on you, BET! Sadly, with BET, promises made are promises broken. For some reason, no matter the network, black actors are never respected for demanding their worth—while blander, more forgettable white thespians earn three times more.
Huge fumble, BET! Sometimes it’s much better to pay now than later.
Does BET even have any other shows? Remember what’s-her-name? Yes, Mo’Nique! Watch out, TJ Holmes! If you’re not already gone, you could be next!
Will The Game enjoy any other winning seasons without Tia and Pooch? Will you watch?
What a shame. I have to say with Tia & pooch leaving the show I will no longer be watching The Game. Tell me who will be carrying the show. Another good one will bite the dust. If its salary they should be paid there worth.
Very sad to hear this two great actors i hope the shw makes it!
